J.K. Dobbins
  • Of all the Broncos running backs, I prefer J.K. Dobbins

  • I’m well aware of the Dobbins reputation at this point: he hasn’t played a full season in his career, and missed at least four games in each of the last five seasons. But, at some point, he is going to play a full seventeen games. And when he does, it will be incredible. Last season, he performed admirably in Sean Payton’s system, posting 15 carries for 77 yards per game (5.0 yards per attempt) while kicking in a catch per game, on just over 50% of snaps.

    Jeff Krisko· Jul 26
  • Before he was forced to the sidelines with an injury, Dobbins averaged 16 touches and 81 yards per game, as well as five yards per attempt, subverting what many thought would be an RJ Harvey takeover year.

    Ryan Kirksey· Jul 24

  • Jonah Coleman will serve as the backup to J.K. Dobbins and step in as Denver's early-down ball carrier when Dobbins inevitably misses some time due to injury.

  • The team obviously values Dobbins, who has been excellent for the Broncos when on the field. Back in March, they extended him for two more years, guaranteeing him $8 million and including incentives that could push the contract's maximum value to $20 million.

    Kyle Lesti· Jun 18
  • Dobbins, when healthy, is one of the better backs in the league, but unfortunately, injuries continue to sideline ol' J.K. He missed seven games last season, four the year before that, and the entirety of both the 2023 and 2021 seasons.

  • Dobbins is coming back on a two-year $20 million contract.

  • Dobbins, though, might be the NFL's most injury-prone active player. The former Ravens second-round pick has missed a staggering 54 regular-season games in six seasons.

    Sam Robinson· Jul 3
  • "You can't find many people with higher average [per carry] then me," Dobbins said of his injury history. "This is going to be the best year, all 17 [games]. I've had three major injuries, one took me two years to recover from and was one not a lot of people come back from."

  • Despite selecting running backs on the second day of the past two drafts, the Broncos and HC Sean Payton opted to bring back injury-prone RB J.K. Dobbins, who continues to dominate when healthy. "Dobbins was a priority, ahead of all others," Payton said.

  • Despite re-signing J.K. Dobbins and restricted free agent Jaleel McLaughlin and having spent a second-round pick on RJ Harvey last year, the Broncos are doing research on the draft's offerings at the position.

    Ely Allen· Mar 21
Jaxson Dart
  • Jaxson Dart (QB – NYG) offers real rushing upside paired with rookie-year efficiency that was genuinely elite outside of one statistical outlier game.

  • Statistically, Giants quarterback Jaxson Dart had one of the better rookie seasons in recent memory. After taking over the starting job in late September, Dart threw for 2,200-plus yards and 15 touchdowns and ran for another 487 yards and nine touchdowns, the latter tied for second among quarterbacks in the entire league.

  • Dart did not need a perfect environment to create fantasy points because his legs consistently raised both his floor and ceiling.

  • TreVeyon Henderson, Trevor Lawrence, Jaxson Dart – 9 T6

  • Jaxson Dart (QB – NYG) I’m a bit hesitant to draft Jaxson Dart after last season because of the injuries, but his rushing potential is intriguing

  • Round 2: Jaxon Smith-Njigba (WR – SEA) I do have a Superflex spot, so another quarterback will definitely be on the roster, but I preferred Jaxon Smith-Njigba over Trevor Lawrence , Jaxson Dart , Brock Purdy and the other available quarterbacks.

  • But my issue here is that he plays so recklessly. Dart is one of the biggest injury risks you can find at the quarterback position.

  • Jaxson Dart showed a lot of potential as a rookie. He’s a dual-threat quarterback who plays a fantasy-friendly game.

  • It is going to be tough sledding for QB Jaxson Dart and this offense as the season kicks off. Last year, Dart made plays in no-huddle situations where he relied on his athleticism and reckless abandon to work its magic.

    Maggie Thraen· Jul 25
  • One thing we do know is that as long as Cam Skattebo and Jaxson Dart can stay healthy, they’ll burn bright for fantasy.

    Ellis Johnson· Jul 23
  • Jaxson Dart (NYG) — QB11, Overall RK88, Bye: 8 After selecting edge rusher Abdul Carter No. 3 overall in last year’s NFL Draft, the Giants traded back into the first round to grab Jaxson Dart of Ole Miss at No. 25. That move looks shrewd so far, as Dart acquitted himself extremely well in 12 starts last year despite having a skeleton crew of pass catchers following a season-ending injury to WR Malik Nabers .

  • Jaxson Dart (QB – NYG) Last season, Jaxson Dart started 12 games (Weeks 4-10 and Weeks 13-18). In that stretch, with a cut-off at Week 17, Dart was the fantasy QB12.

  • Names like Jaxson Dart , Brock Purdy , Bo Nix , Baker Mayfield , Jordan Love , Tyler Shough , and Malik Willis are all going outside the top 90 picks in ADP, and each has either a track record of top-12 quarterback play, real rushing upside, or both.

  • Jaxson Dart was one of the final quarterbacks remaining on the board with legitimate rushing upside. He has already shown he can produce QB1-level numbers without his best weapons.

    Kurt Blakeway· Jul 17
  • Giants QB Brandon Allen spoke about Jaxson Dart's work ethic, calling him a perfectionist: "He's got more fire in him than a lot of people I've been around...He's got the 'want' to be great, and you can see when things frustrate him because it's not perfect yet...you can see the fire in him when he gets a little frustrated. He gets mad when things aren't perfect, and you want that in a quarterback."
