Terms of Service
Effective date: July 28, 2026
These are the terms for using Fantasy Joes. They are written in plain language on purpose. By using the site, you agree to them.
What the Service Is
Fantasy Joes is a free fantasy football app. You build your own player rankings through ordered choices and direct player matchups, and those rankings become your draft board. Around that core: exports of your board, CSV import, live Sleeper draft sync, public board pages and a free weekly accuracy challenge during the NFL season.
Accounts
- Give us accurate information when you sign up.
- Keep your password safe — what happens under your account is on you.
- One account per person.
- We can suspend or close accounts that abuse the service or these terms.
Acceptable Use
- No scraping or automation against the service.
- No exploiting bugs. If you find one, tell us — don't farm it.
- No harassment of other players.
- No impersonating other people.
Your Content
Usernames and public board pages are visible to anyone on the internet. By using those features, you give us a license to display that content as part of the service. We can remove usernames or content that are offensive or that impersonate someone else.
Our IP and Everyone Else's
The site's content, design, and comic-style player art belong to us. Player names and statistics come from third-party sports data providers. NFL team and league marks belong to their owners. Fantasy Joes is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL, Sleeper, ESPN, Yahoo, or any fantasy platform it syncs with.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uptime, and we do not guarantee data accuracy — projections and stats come from third-party feeds and can be wrong or late. We work to keep both solid, but we won't promise what we can't control.
Limit on Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, except where applicable law requires otherwise. A dispute may be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Michigan.
Changes to These Terms
When these terms change, we update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes get flagged on the site, not buried.
