Latest takes

Trevor Lawrence
  • The former Clemson star was the QB4 last year, averaging 23.3 fantasy points per game. More importantly, Lawrence played better as the season progressed as he got more comfortable in Liam Coen’s offense.

    Mike Fanelli· Aug 16
  • Trevor Lawrence lost a phenomenal end-zone threat, one that will be very hard to replace. Those opportunities to score in the end zone may dwindle, and Little would more than likely be the beneficiary.

    Steve Krebs· Aug 16
  • Lawrence is a locked-in QB1 with tantalizing upside for 2026 with his pass-catching depth chart intact from that stretch run.

  • The Jaguars quarterback came close to finishing as fantasy’s best signal-caller last season in just his first year with Liam Coen. From Week 5 onward, Trevor Lawrence outscored all other players at every single position (23 PPG).

  • Parker Washington (WR – JAC) “At one point, Parker Washington was seen as the heir apparent to Christian Kirk in a Trevor Lawrence -led offense.

  • Trevor Lawrence (JAC) As the 2025 regular season reached its conclusion, Trevor Lawrence was playing the best football of his five-year NFL career under first-year Jaguars head coach Liam Coen.

  • Trevor Lawrence (QB – JAX) outscored every player at every position in fantasy points per game from week five onward last year.

  • Lawrence also had his best season as a runner, establishing career highs in attempts (82), yards (359) and touchdowns (nine). It took Lawrence a while to fully arrive, but with Coen’s help, the splendidly long-haired quarterback has finally become a top-10 quarterback. There’s high-end QB1 potential here — as we saw late last season — and yet Lawrence is being drafted as a low-end QB1, according to average draft position (ADP).

  • Stafford was the QB22 and finished as the QB2, and Lawrence was the QB19 and finished as the QB4. Now they are both back in the bakery because apparently one elite season was not enough to convince fantasy managers.

  • TreVeyon Henderson, Trevor Lawrence, Jaxson Dart – 9 T6

  • There’s high-end QB1 potential here — as we saw late last season — and yet Lawrence is being drafted as a low-end QB1, according to average draft position (ADP).

  • Only four quarterbacks last season bested their overall scoring ranking compared to ADP by more than five spots: Matthew Stafford (QB23 in ADP and QB3 in overall scoring output), Trevor Lawrence (QB20 in ADP), Drake Maye (QB16), and Caleb Williams (QB15).

    Rich Hribar· Aug 5
  • Round 2: Jaxon Smith-Njigba (WR – SEA) I do have a Superflex spot, so another quarterback will definitely be on the roster, but I preferred Jaxon Smith-Njigba over Trevor Lawrence , Jaxson Dart , Brock Purdy and the other available quarterbacks.

  • The FantasyPros Expert Consensus Rankings have Trevor Lawrence , Dak Prescott , and Brock Purdy as low-end QB1s. I’d happily take any of those three as my starting quarterback.

  • Trevor Lawrence (QB – JAC) After years of failing to live up to hype, Lawrence had an outstanding 2025 season with Liam Coen taking over on the sidelines.

    Mike Fanelli· Jul 28
Dalton Kincaid
  • Dalton Kincaid was wildly efficient in 2025, averaging 14.6 yards per catch, 11.7 yards per target, and 2.70 yards per route run. The problem was that he played only 12 games and 302 snaps.

  • Dalton Kincaid (TE – BUF) posted elite per-route efficiency last year, ranking first among tight ends in several rate categories despite playing only about a third of his team’s offensive snaps.

  • Kincaid sits at TE11 in dynasty ECR while dealing with his own lingering PCL injury that limited him to a part-time role for most of last season, averaging roughly 25 snaps a game and finishing third on his own team in tight end snaps. PCL injuries are historically tricky, with surgery often viewed as a last resort, and his team’s front office has suggested his workload may need continued managing this year.

  • Josh Palmer missed five games with an ankle injury, Khalil Shakir played through a nagging knee injury, and Dalton Kincaid missed five games and had his snaps limited due to an ongoing knee issue.

  • Jason finally took a TE with his final pick, getting Dalton Kincaid .

    Kurt Mullen· Jul 29
  • Undervalued: Dalton Kincaid, Tight End (TE13, Pick 117 OVR) There’s something to be said about Dalton Kincaid maybe finally being good, but somehow still getting stuck behind Dawson Knox too much.

    Jeff Krisko· Jul 23
  • The opportunity cost at Sadiq’s ADP isn’t brutal, but it still means passing on other players with objectively better ranges of outcomes (including the massively undervalued Dalton Kincaid at his position).

    Ted Chmyz· Jul 22
  • Dalton Kincaid (BUF) – ADP 94.3 | TE10 Kincaid was one of my favorite sleeper tight ends last year. Unfortunately, he finished as the TE20, averaging 10.5 PPR fantasy points per game, missing five contests because of injury.

    Mike Fanelli· Jul 20
  • It's tough to say if Kincaid has lived up to the first-round billing, but he's a dynamic receiving weapon and an important part of their offense.

    Ethan Woodie· Jul 11
  • Dalton Kincaid is a player referred to as 'reliably unreliable'—when on the field and healthy, he commands a modest snap count and target share in Buffalo's elite offense, but the problem is that Kincaid is typically nursing a soft-tissue injury. Now competing for targets with DJ Moore, even in a situation where Kincaid stays healthy for a full 17 games, he will need to be ultra-efficient with his touches.

  • Kincaid has shown flashes of fantasy greatness, but has been maddeningly inconsistent, with his total targets dropping in each of his three NFL seasons while playing in fewer games each season due to his nagging injuries.

    Aaron Larson· Jun 18
  • Dalton Kincaid received criticism due to concerns surrounding health and snap count limitations.

  • In the nine weeks in 2025 when Kincaid got to a just a 40%-plus route share, he was a TE1 in five of those weeks. His season-high route share was a lowly 58.1%. If Buffalo ever gets him up to a 60-70% route share weekly, he could smash his ADP.

  • Dalton Kincaid might be one of the more frustrating dynasty assets at tight end. The efficiency numbers were excellent last season, but the role simply wasn't, as Kincaid remained a part-time player in Buffalo's offense, finishing behind Dawson Knox and rookie Jackson Haw in snaps. There was also significant concern surrounding Kincaid's lingering PCL injury situation and Buffalo's public comments about managing his workload.

  • Kincaid had 6-83 and a touchdown against the Broncos in the playoffs and totaled seven catches for 103 yards and a touchdown against the Dolphins in their two divisional games last year.

    Tom Strachan· May 15
