“Monangai is the better value given his price, but both are startable against a defense giving up this much per carry. Avoid: Arizona (0.59), the Rams (0.60), and Minnesota (0.65) have been the three stingiest run defenses in football per touch, all roughly 25 to 30 percent below league average. Any back facing them this week is a downgrade regardless of volume.”

According to the Fantasy Points Data Suite, among running backs with at least 40 carries, Kyle Monangai ranks fifth in explosive run rate and missed tackles per attempt, and second in yards after contact per attempt. The Packers are still missing Micah Parsons , and they allow the second-most fantasy points to running backs.”
