Jaxson Dart
  • Jaxson Dart's rookie season was defined by injuries across the offense. Even with the instability, he finished as the QB13 with 241.6 fantasy points, a strong baseline for a first-year quarterback operating in a depleted system.

  • He's another quarterback with a profile that could do extremely well in fantasy football against a Commanders team that allowed 22.18 fantasy points per game to the position last season. In his lone start against Washington last season, Dart threw for 246 yards, two touchdowns and one interception. He also ran for 63 yards. Dart finished as the fantasy QB9 that week with 23.1 points.

  • Jaxson Dart missed two games after making his first start for the team in Week 4.

  • As a passer, Dart left a little to be desired, failing to crack 140 passing yards in three of his 11 starts. That said, the additions of Isaiah Likely, Darnell Mooney and Malachi Fields should help provide more stable passing production.

  • Getting his first NFL start in Week 4, Dart averaged the eighth-most fantasy points per game at the position from that point on. Even after losing Malik Nabers, Dart maintained his fantasy production thanks to incredible rushing efficiency. In his first seven starts, he scored seven rushing touchdowns.

  • Dart completed 63.7% of his throws and averaged a respectable 6.7 yards per pass attempt, with 15 touchdown passes and five interceptions over 12 starts last year. Dart was dynamic as a runner, racking up 487 rushing yards and nine TD runs, though he was also a reckless runner at times, including taking a hard hit against the Bears in Week 10 that resulted in a concussion.

  • Jaxson Dart put together a strong rookie season, finishing as a top-five fantasy quarterback four times last year. While he struggled with some throws, evidenced by his 92.2 True Passer Rating (28th in the league), his rushing production carried his fantasy profile.

  • Jaxson Dart was a borderline must-start quarterback for parts of the season despite not getting any consideration during fantasy drafts, finishing as QB13.

    Mike Fanelli· Jun 14
  • FantasyPros projections place Dart near the QB1 conversation, projecting roughly 3,600 passing yards, over 500 rushing yards, and nearly seven rushing touchdowns. Rushing production remains one of the most powerful fantasy football tools available to quarterbacks.

  • I'll be interested to see how he adjusts once defenses around the league play to what he's shown so far. I'll need to see more before buying him at this price, which means I'll have very few Dart shares. His QB23-30 ADP in drafts is far more easily digestible.

    Kyle Lesti· Jun 11
  • No, I don't hate Jaxson Dart. I'm just not drafting him or valuing him over Trevor Lawrence, Brock Purdy, maybe even Fernando Mendoza, and Ward. Sure, he made his share of great plays as a rookie. But nearly all of his production resulted from his rushing.

    Kyle Lesti· Jun 11
  • Jaxson Dart scored 241.6 PPR points in the 2025 season, one of only two rookies to exceed 215.0 points.

  • Jaxson Dart finished as the QB4 in Week 17 last year.

    Mike Fanelli· Jun 6
  • Jaxson Dart was one of three true cross-tournament constants across all four tournaments, being heavily represented in the top 100 builds in every tournament. The most common top-100 pair across the four tournaments was Dart and Fannin (43 combined top-100 pairings).

  • Dan Duggan of The Athletic gave his prediction on the Giants' 53-man roster following the conclusion of mandatory minicamp in early June. Duggan believes the Giants will keep just two QBs in Jaxson Dart and Jameis Winston, as he thinks they will try to keep QB Brandon Allen on the practice squad instead.

Kenny Gainwell
  • Kenneth Gainwell was an integral part of the Pittsburgh backfield last year for the entire season, but he really hit his stride in Weeks 11-18 as the RB7 in fantasy points per game with 13.3 touches and 85 total yards per game. Gainwell could easily return RB2 value in 2026 if everything falls in his favor.

  • Gainwell is now in Tampa Bay and will operate as the 1B to Bucky Irving's 1A. Coming off the board with an ADP of RB32, Gainwell could smash if he sees a similar workload to what he had a year ago in Pittsburgh.

  • After a few forgettable seasons in Philadelphia, Kenneth Gainwell finally got on the fantasy map in his lone season with the Steelers. He earned Aaron Rodgers' trust and was a checkdown machine, catching 73 balls for 486 yards. It was the receiving that supplied a whopping 63% of his fantasy points.

  • Gainwell, however, is a known quantity and excelled with Pittsburgh last season. He plays on third downs and might have a big role depending on Bucky Irving's snaps and health. Gainwell also had 85 targets last season, good for fifth-most in the NFL at the position, and had 37 red-zone touches in 2025.

    Ryan Kirksey· Jun 17
  • It will likely take Irving missing an extended period of the season, but Baker Mayfield could dink and dunk his way to supporting an RB1 season for the newly acquired Gainwell.

    Ellis Johnson· Jun 11
  • Kenneth Gainwell could back-door-cover his way into RB1 territory. Gainwell may have to channel former Buccaneers backs Leonard Fournette and Rachaad White for this to happen.

    Ellis Johnson· Jun 11
  • Gainwell had five red-zone rushing touchdowns, with four coming from inside the 5-yard line. Gainwell is the RB37 in FantasyPros' expert consensus rankings (ECR), which is similar to his current best ball average draft position (ADP).

    Tom Strachan· Jun 8
  • Gainwell was signed by Tampa in free agency after they elected to let Rachaad White walk. Gainwell is coming off a career year — 114 rush attempts and 85 targets, as well as being voted the Steelers' team MVP.

    Tom Strachan· Jun 8
  • The Buccaneers have replaced White with an even more threatening receiving veteran in Kenneth Gainwell. Gainwell ranked fourth among all backs in receptions in 2025, trailing only Christian McCaffrey, Bijan Robinson and Jahmyr Gibbs.

    Ted Chmyz· May 25
  • Gainwell said that he believes the team's offense is a perfect fit for him as a smaller, shifty back that can exploit mismatches on the perimeter. "That style of offense is built for guys that can get to the perimeter, fast guys and I think me and Bucky and Sean [Tucker] have that ability to get around the edges and see those cutback lanes and make it happen," Gainwell said.

  • Baker Mayfield expressed his immense respect for Gainwell, praising him as "somebody that I've respected from afar when he was Philly and the Steelers." Mayfield noted that Gainwell "is a sharp kid who's always been able to do pass protection stuff" and that "in Pittsburgh he actually balled out," adding that "we're lucky because he's extremely sharp, a great leader, can do everything you ask for."

    Tony Camino· Jun 19
  • Tampa Bay signed RB Kenneth Gainwell this offseason, who figures to be the second in line for touches behind Irving. Robinson said Gainwell is a true pro with outstanding tape from his time in Philadelphia, and Bucs RB coach Skip Peete added that Gainwell brings versatility to both the run game and pass game, with good skills in catching and pass protection.

  • Gainwell comfortably set new career highs in attempts (114) and receptions (73) with Pittsburgh in 2025. The 27-year-old's success while handling that workload resulted in a spike with respect to compensation, landing a two-year, $14MM deal on the open market after playing for $1.79MM as a Steeler.

    Adam La Rose· May 17
  • Kenneth Gainwell was added in free agency after Rachaad White departed, and will be expected to be a regular presence on offense with the Buccaneers.

    Adam La Rose· May 17
  • Buccaneers RB Kenneth Gainwell signed a two-year, $14 million contract that includes $9.83 million guaranteed. He'll earn a guaranteed salary of $6,830,000 in 2026, and $3,000,000 of his $6,830,000 salary in 2027 is guaranteed. He'll receive a $5,000,000 roster bonus in 2026 and can make $170,000 annually in per-game roster bonuses.
