Latest takes

Jaxson Dart
  • Jaxson Dart (QB – NYG) offers real rushing upside paired with rookie-year efficiency that was genuinely elite outside of one statistical outlier game.

  • Statistically, Giants quarterback Jaxson Dart had one of the better rookie seasons in recent memory. After taking over the starting job in late September, Dart threw for 2,200-plus yards and 15 touchdowns and ran for another 487 yards and nine touchdowns, the latter tied for second among quarterbacks in the entire league.

  • Dart did not need a perfect environment to create fantasy points because his legs consistently raised both his floor and ceiling.

  • TreVeyon Henderson, Trevor Lawrence, Jaxson Dart – 9 T6

  • Jaxson Dart (QB – NYG) I’m a bit hesitant to draft Jaxson Dart after last season because of the injuries, but his rushing potential is intriguing

  • Round 2: Jaxon Smith-Njigba (WR – SEA) I do have a Superflex spot, so another quarterback will definitely be on the roster, but I preferred Jaxon Smith-Njigba over Trevor Lawrence , Jaxson Dart , Brock Purdy and the other available quarterbacks.

  • But my issue here is that he plays so recklessly. Dart is one of the biggest injury risks you can find at the quarterback position.

  • Jaxson Dart showed a lot of potential as a rookie. He’s a dual-threat quarterback who plays a fantasy-friendly game.

  • It is going to be tough sledding for QB Jaxson Dart and this offense as the season kicks off. Last year, Dart made plays in no-huddle situations where he relied on his athleticism and reckless abandon to work its magic.

    Maggie Thraen· Jul 25
  • One thing we do know is that as long as Cam Skattebo and Jaxson Dart can stay healthy, they’ll burn bright for fantasy.

    Ellis Johnson· Jul 23
  • Jaxson Dart (NYG) — QB11, Overall RK88, Bye: 8 After selecting edge rusher Abdul Carter No. 3 overall in last year’s NFL Draft, the Giants traded back into the first round to grab Jaxson Dart of Ole Miss at No. 25. That move looks shrewd so far, as Dart acquitted himself extremely well in 12 starts last year despite having a skeleton crew of pass catchers following a season-ending injury to WR Malik Nabers .

  • Jaxson Dart (QB – NYG) Last season, Jaxson Dart started 12 games (Weeks 4-10 and Weeks 13-18). In that stretch, with a cut-off at Week 17, Dart was the fantasy QB12.

  • Names like Jaxson Dart , Brock Purdy , Bo Nix , Baker Mayfield , Jordan Love , Tyler Shough , and Malik Willis are all going outside the top 90 picks in ADP, and each has either a track record of top-12 quarterback play, real rushing upside, or both.

  • Jaxson Dart was one of the final quarterbacks remaining on the board with legitimate rushing upside. He has already shown he can produce QB1-level numbers without his best weapons.

    Kurt Blakeway· Jul 17
  • Giants QB Brandon Allen spoke about Jaxson Dart's work ethic, calling him a perfectionist: "He's got more fire in him than a lot of people I've been around...He's got the 'want' to be great, and you can see when things frustrate him because it's not perfect yet...you can see the fire in him when he gets a little frustrated. He gets mad when things aren't perfect, and you want that in a quarterback."

Blake Corum
  • Corum rushed for 746 yards on only 145 carries last season and closed out the season with over 600 yards and five touchdown through the last six games. The young running back also rushed for 6.4 yards per carry over that span. The expectations are logical, it’s all about the opportunity.

    Steve Krebs· Aug 8
  • Blake Corum (RB – LAR) | ADP 94 Overall, RB35 After becoming a third-round pick of the Rams in the 2024 NFL Draft, the outlook for Blake Corum was optimistic

    Chad Workman· Aug 6
  • Williams played 69.2% of the snaps in the red zone and out-touched Blake Corum 58 to 26 in that area.

    Rich Hribar· Jul 24

  • If Corum is going to incur a heftier workload, his outlook starts to become extremely appealing.

    Steve Krebs· Jul 23
  • Among 60 running backs with at least 65 rush attempts in the regular season and playoffs last year, Blake Corum was second in success rate (60.2%), fourth in stuff rate (38%) and seventh in explosive run rate (6.4%).

  • There is a world where we see a 50/50 split with Corum and Kyren Williams . Corum is more explosive than Williams and has shown signs of being an every-down back.

    Kurt Blakeway· Jul 17
  • Blake Corum is a league-winner if anything happens to Kyren Williams.

    Kurt Blakeway· Jul 10
  • Blake Corum is a favorite draft target in the ninth round based on ADP.

  • Going into this season, a 60-40 split in favor of Williams is expected. As a result, Corum is one of the few handcuffs with weekly FLEX appeal.

    Ellis Johnson· Jun 26
  • Corum came onto the fantasy scene in his second year. Firmly playing as the 1B RB to Kyren Williams' 1A RB role, Corum has proven to be a decent NFL back. With double-digit carries in four of their last five regular-season games, it was clear Sean McVay wants to use both backs.

    Ellis Johnson· Jun 26
  • Even as a secondary option, he earned meaningful snaps, carries, and standalone usability in fantasy lineups. The panel repeatedly emphasized that Corum remains surprisingly affordable relative to his upside.

  • If you want to be that person who takes 100% of Blake Corum (or whoever), go for it, so you can brag about calling your shot.

    Chris Cash· Jun 6
  • The Rams used Blake Corum regularly as an RB2 last year.
