Fantasy Joes Affiliate Terms

1. The program
The Fantasy Joes affiliate program pays you a referral fee for new players you bring to Fantasy Joes — through your referral link or through a Discord server where you installed the Fantasy Joes bot. Participation requires a registered Fantasy Joes account in good standing and agreement to these terms.
2. Attribution
A new user is attributed to you when your referral code is the first one their browser carries at the moment their account is created, or when your Discord server is the first place they played the bot. Attribution is first-touch and lifetime: one referrer per user, ever, decided at account creation and never re-assigned. Existing accounts cannot be re-attributed by clicking your link.
3. Earnings
You earn a $25 first-player bonus plus an ongoing 30% revenue share, both funded entirely by the contest fees your referred players generate for Fantasy Joes.
First-player bonus. When a player you referred makes their first paid contest entry, $25 is credited to your account, locked. It unlocks and becomes cashable once that player's settled entries have generated $25 in contest fees for Fantasy Joes (at the standard 10% fee, about $250 in entries). Refunded and cancelled entries don't count.
Revenue share. After that player has generated their first $25 in fees, you earn 30% of every additional dollar of contest fee they generate, for the life of their account, with no cap. These earnings are cashable as they accrue.
The cap. Across the bonus and the revenue share combined, you will never be paid more than the player actually generated for Fantasy Joes in fees. This rule is enforced in code: payouts are funded by real play and can never depend on fake signups.
4. Cashouts
Cashable balances of $50 or more can be requested from your dashboard. Requests go through a manual review and are then paid in USDC to your linked Fantasy Joes wallet. Once your payouts reach $600 in a calendar year, U.S. tax rules require a completed W-9 before further payment; year-end totals of $600+ are reported on Form 1099.
5. Prohibited conduct
The following forfeit unpaid earnings and end your participation: referring yourself or accounts you control; creating or soliciting fake, duplicate, or incentivized-signup accounts; misrepresenting Fantasy Joes (including marketing the free game as gambling or as offering prizes); bidding on Fantasy Joes trademarks in paid search; spamming your link; or anything else that games attribution rather than bringing real players. We may suspend an affiliate account during investigation; suspended accounts stop accruing and cannot cash out, and the users they referred keep playing unaffected.
6. The fine print
Referral codes are permanent. The program may change prospectively — rates, unlock rules, and eligibility can be updated for future referrals, never retroactively for amounts already earned. Affiliates are independent — not employees, agents, or sponsors of Fantasy Joes — and are responsible for their own taxes and for complying with the law and platform rules wherever they promote. Paid contests are only available where legal, 18+; your audience's eligibility is determined by the app, not by you. The site terms apply to everything not covered here.
