Latest takes

Quinshon Judkins
  • Even glancing back to his days at Ohio State, Judkins wasn't used much as a receiver, in favor of his more bruising style. I don't envision him catching more than 35 passes after he saw fewer than three targets per game in 2025, especially given the receiving threats the Browns possess.

  • Judkins is a good player, but his draft day cost assumes a bigger workload than the data suggests he'll get, especially with Dylan Sampson as a better pass-catcher who will likely split carries in head coach Todd Monken's rotation.

    Tom Strachan· Jun 22
  • Judkins suffered a dislocated ankle and a fractured fibula in Week 16, two injuries that on their own would have been bad enough, but together they make things more worrisome. Players like Tony Pollard and Mark Andrews have struggled with efficiency in recent seasons after returning from similar injuries.

  • After he took the field during Week 2, Judkins was the clear-cut starter for Cleveland. He finished with nearly 1,000 all-purpose yards and seven rushing touchdowns, en route to an RB24 finish.

  • Six months since suffering the injury, which required surgery, Judkins is on track in his recovery. "He's got his confidence back, his explosion," head coach Todd Monken said at mandatory minicamp this month. "And we'll just see once we get the pads on, but no, it looks good." A healthy Judkins will once again handle No. 1 running back duties in his second season.

    Connor Byrne· Jun 20
  • Quinshon Judkins is confident that he can get back to work after a tough leg injury ended what appeared to be a promising rookie season. "I know the work that I put in, so I'm prepared to just go out there and just put it on the field," Judkins said. "Just taking it day by day, and just really knowing the goal and where I want to be and getting back to making plays on the field and just feeling like myself."

    Tony Camino· Jun 19
  • Browns HC Todd Monken believes that RB Quinshon Judkins has regained his confidence after the serious leg injury, a fractured fibula and broken ankle, that brought an end to his successful rookie season. "It feels like he's got his confidence back, his explosion," Monken said in a press conference.

  • Browns RB Quinshon Judkins enters the second year of his career after suffering a season-ending ankle injury and fractured fibula in week 16. Browns HC Todd Monken mentioned that Judkins looks confident in practice and is showing "explosion" again.

  • The FantasyPros projections project more than 1,000 rushing yards, over 290 carries, and eight rushing touchdowns. The projections view Judkins as a foundational piece of Cleveland's offense.

  • Quinshon Judkins (RB26) had a solid season but was far from consistent every week.

    Mike Fanelli· Jun 5
  • Quinshon Judkins was close to a full participant at the team's OTA sessions in May after a season-ending ankle injury in his rookie year. Cleveland HC Todd Monken thinks the second-year back looked good in his return to the field and praised his competitive nature, saying "Quinshon looked pretty good to me" and noting "no one works harder" with a competitive spirit and a rare trait of being "a bull — he refuses to go down."

  • An easy schedule theoretically means the Browns shouldn't be trailing nearly as often. That's huge for Judkins, who was often phased out late in games as Cleveland was slinging it to try to play catch-up.

  • One of the biggest beneficiaries of the 2026 schedule is undoubtedly Quinshon Judkins. Cleveland has one of the softest slates in the league, and that should help the 2025 second-round pick as he looks to bounce back from injury after a pedestrian rookie campaign.

  • Browns RB Quinshon Judkins has been overlooked this offseason, and a leap forward from him could be huge for the team's offense this coming season.

  • The Browns return 2025 draftees Quinshon Judkins and Dylan Sampson; the team lost Jerome Ford in free agency (to Washington).

    Sam Robinson· Apr 27
Javonte Williams
  • Cowboys HC Brian Schottenheimer called Williams a "bruiser" type of running back and is confident he'll continue scoring a lot of touchdowns. "[Williams is] an absolute pounder, bruiser, a guy that's going to score 12 touchdowns every year for us," Schottenheimer said.

    Logan Ulrich· Jun 28
  • Williams finished last season with career highs of 1,201 rushing yards and 13 total touchdowns. He wants to improve on those results and make sure he can stay healthy for an entire season.

    Logan Ulrich· Jun 28
  • Javonte Williams began his career as a 21 year-old rookie challenging Melvin Gordon. He was a textbook Left-Wing Slappy player. When he popped up in Dallas last year as the ostensible starter coming off two terribly inefficient seasons, he was clearly a Right-Wing Slappy success story. Now that he's secured the RB1 job and his ADP has shot up into the 3rd round, he's clearly retained his Right-Wing status but has fallen into the boomer quadrant.

  • News out of OTAs suggests that Malik Davis is the RB2 on the depth chart behind Javonte Williams. While Williams had a great bounce-back season last year, he has struggled with injuries throughout his career.

  • Williams handled 70% of the running back carries from Week 1 to Week 17 and had an 8.7% target share. Last season, Williams was the RB12 in PPR leagues. What has happened, besides assuming some regression, that he'll be the RB19? He's a value pick.

  • Williams is far enough removed from his injuries to shed the injury-prone label and start believing in his talent and situation.

    Tom Strachan· Jun 10
  • Williams recorded 252 attempts for 1,201 yards and 4.77 yards per carry (YPC), had the eighth-highest success rate among running backs and finished with career highs in attempts, rushing yards, touchdowns and longest career rush.

    Tom Strachan· Jun 10
  • At age 25, Williams is entering year six of his career, and despite the awful injuries early on, he's now played 16+ games in each of the last three seasons. Williams is the clear starter for the Cowboys, with no serious threats behind him.

    Tom Strachan· Jun 10
  • One of them could be the direct backup to Javonte Williams, and if you can manage to get either for $1, that could be a quality bench stash, but you'd want to make sure no one else bids $2 and lose out on them.

  • Javonte is only 26, and with minimal usage early in his NFL career, there's plenty of tread left on the tires.

  • The Cowboys signed Javonte to a three-year contract, solidifying his status as the team's RB1.

  • Williams leads the backfield with Malik Davis, Jaydon Blue, and Phil Mafah. Not one of them is a threat to take meaningful snaps away from Williams.

  • If Williams can post production as he did over the first half of the 2025 season for an entire year, he is a locked-in top ten back with top-five upside. At his floor, he looks like a low-end RB1 or top 15 fantasy back.

  • Last year, Javonte Williams was a massive surprise in fantasy, to everyone, including me. Williams crushed even my expectations as the RB11 in fantasy points per game, finishing with a career high 1,201 rushing yards and 13 total touchdowns.

  • With Dallas expected to improve overall and Williams remaining the clear lead back, the crew felt his current RB2 pricing still undervalues his upside.
