Now Gibbs faces the Cardinals in a game with a projected total of 54.5 points, making it one of the week’s highest-scoring environments .”

Gibbs has turned his bell-cow usage into 104 rushing yards per game, 45.5 receiving yards per game, three touchdowns (two rushing and one receiving), 30.45 DraftKings points per game, 27.88 expected DraftKings points per game, 26.20 FanDuel points per game and 25.4 expected FanDuel points per game.”

“Gibbs is on pace to clear that line with room to spare. Two-week paces rarely hold, and Detroit could ease off. Right now, though, the Lions keep ordering rounds.”

Second half: 8 carries for just 5 yards, but 4 more targets, 2 catches/21 yards.”

“Those offensive line injuries are another variable, but Gibbs is a front-end RB1 option who will sit as the RB1 in ranks again in a game that could be the highest-scoring of the week. This is a game where you play all the core pieces on both sides, no questions asked. Even if Detroit runs the ball less as a road underdog, Gibbs has an out as a pass catcher.”

“Lions In the first game without RB David Montgomery , Lions RB Jahmyr Gibbs had 34 total touches for 186 scrimmage yards and two touchdowns in the team’s win over the Saints. Lions HC Dan Campbell admitted using Gibbs that much isn’t ideal, but he wants to do whatever it takes to win. Campbell also feels Gibbs’ elite conditioning allows this, though he was clear they will monitor his health.”

“Gibbs is the team’s unquestioned bell cow, but if it wants more established depth at the position, it could dip into free agency. The Lions held a late-August visit with Kareem Hunt , Pacheco’s former teammate in Kansas City, though it is unclear if he is still on their radar.”

The top selection in fantasy this year, Gibbs rushed for 156 yards and two touchdowns on 29 carries, also bringing in five receptions for 30 yards as a receiver. An increased workload occurred due to this game heading into overtime, but head coach Dan Campbell seems confident that Gibbs can shoulder this many touches as necessary, though it isn’t ideal.”

“Nabers is coming off a good game, opening the door to selling him high. Daniel Jones has played poorly this year, and Alec Pierce ‘s absence is concerning for Jonathan Taylor ‘s outlook. In 17 games with Pierce since 2025, Taylor has recorded 96.1 rushing yards per game, 4.9 yards per carry and 20.58 half-PPR points per game.”

“He is coming off his best game of the season, but let’s be honest with ourselves here: going into the week, you would have loved to be fielding offers for Nabers with the situation the Giants’ offense was facing and the different injuries Nabers was dealing with as well. Now he has his big game, and lets not revert back to holding again, lets take our blessing and sell, sell, sell. I would look to grab someone like a Tetairoa McMillan who just had a monster game, but could easily fool owners into a sell-high situation himself.”

“Here’s the thing: Malik Nabers is not back to full health yet. He’s near the bottom of the league in separation score this season and is sitting behind Isaiah Likely in target share. With every passing week, Nabers should be inching closer to his old self.”

“As a result of Winston getting back to slinging it, Malik Nabers had six receptions for 112 yards and a touchdown on seven targets, and Isaiah Likely had seven receptions for 66 scoreless yards on 12 targets. Winston’s showing provides gamers with hope for Nabers and Likely. That said, it may be best to use this as a selling window for Nabers.”

“Winston was trying to keep it simple by going to his first read at the seventh-highest rate, and even though Malik Nabers was the first read on 37% of plays, it counted for nothing because of the poor weather and the crowded area the ball was thrown into. We have to face the fact that this could be another lost season for Nabers, who hasn’t yet reached 10 half-PPR points in any game. The Cardinals’ pass defense ranks 30th in EPA allowed and has given up the 12th-most schedule-adjusted fantasy points to wide receivers.”

“If you drafted Nabers expecting a weekly WR1, there is plenty of reason to panic. I’m not selling him for scraps, and I’m not outright dropping him, but he’s fallen into risky FLEX territory. On the plus side, the Giants have three favorable matchups coming up.”

“Nabers was targeted on four occasions in the loss , missing a handful of snaps due to – what later turned out to be – a dislocated shoulder…and this is what concerns me way more than who happens to be throwing the former first-round pick the ball for the rest of the year. With Dart out, you could be forgiven for proclaiming this an already lost season for John Harbaugh’s men – so would it be crazy to suggest they may just shut down their star WR to save any more damage being done for little to no gain?”
